OT: Bounces and Such ** Test - Msg for Butch

No .. I did not.

I just now got off the phone with Superonline. Blew my cool for the

first time in many months. Had my young secretary ask them why they

weren't responding to the MANY requests for assistance I had sent that

were attached to Bounce Messages from various servers in the USA. Blew

my cool when she came back and said they told her it was not their fault

but was the fault of the bouncing servers.

 

Had her call them back ... got a different feller this time ... after a

lot of talking about banana republics and irresponsibility and backward

mentality and disrespect for customers by not responding to inquiries

and why some folks should still be riding donkeys and a few other things

that get the point across in Turkish .. I asked him if they had anyone

on the staff who could read English .. cause the bounce messages were

clear as to what MY SERVER had to do to get the Blocks off Superonline

messages.

 

The feller on the other end was not responsible, of course, but if my

secretary had talked to him he would have been irresponsible .. but he

listened to me .. likely with his ear two feet from the phone. He sent

me a message and asked me to send all the Bounces to him .. and I did ..

he said he would contact me in the morning and lemme know what they had

done and he might. I have no great expectations of them doing a whole

helluva lot .. but I told him that his name would be included in the

letter I sent to the editor of Turkish Daily News if things were not put

in order .. and that as long as he was paid by Superonline and answered

the phone .. he was responsible until someone else contacted me and took

that responsibility from his shoulders.

 

I don't like servers, politicians, undertakers, fashion designers,

crooked cops, con artists and warm beer.
