Guest guest
Hello Martin: I have been told by many people to use this in my products as it is safer than the regular Orange E.O. I was just sent a couple of links from a friend that gives more information on the oils discussed her. I will include them in this email for you to see also. I apologize if I have upset you and would not have sent that email had I not believed it was accurate. I have heard many soapmakers, etc. using this in their formulas and have never heard of a bad reaction to this use at all. And it is food safe, even in tiny amounts ? I find that very interesting that it can be ingested and not good on the skin. I don't think I would eat it even in minute amounts but may have done so simply from not knowing it was in there.. Here are the links for you to look at: http://www.floridachemical.com/datasheets/foldedorangeoil.html#safety http://citrusandallied.com/products/viewMSDSSheet.php?ProductNo=150612 Just for your information, I have actually put it on my skin " neat " to see what would happen because I was in need of what would happen with it. I forgot it was on there and worked outdoors, no sun present, for about 2 hours clearing out debris from this last summer and didn't get any reaction at all. I am very allergic to many things so i was surprised when I came in to shower and realized it was still on my skin. I don't use a lot of it in my products, just tiny amounts, as I do most additives for scent so I am glad that I did use it that way, at least. Thank you for your concern . I hope you find the links above interesting, at least. Jenn
