Guest guest
Halls cough drops .. they are made with eucalyptus oil, and up to 11.2 mg menthol in each cough drop. I see folks sucking on these all winter long. I have to wonder about how good THAT is for a person, knowing that eucalyptus oil has a lower lethal oral dose than quite a few other oils .... And they are made by a company in the UK, which is surprising since over there the use of EO's internally in a " medicinal " manner is generally quite conservative. *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com

Probably get classified as flavouring. Eucalyptus cough drops (lollies) are a way of life here in Aus. Packet in the car, one in the desk drawer, one on top of the fridge.... Not sure about the eucalyptus dog biscuits though... Our dog prefers a stinky breath from chewing on a bone - preferably one that has been buried for a week or so.
