Guest guest
I've been reading the posts about dog's ears with a great deal of interest. My older vet stated that when the infection is YEAST, a OTC anti- fungal medication with " clotrimazole " would clear this up, followed by an ear full of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water. Another treatment is antibiotic drops twice a day for 7 days, followed by daily doses of OTC " swimmer's ear " drops. If there has been a reaction to something used, drop mineral oil in the ear for a couple of days and then start the treatment. I have a poodle and once this starts, they have it for life!
