Many of you consume essential oils without knowing it. The lion's share

are used in the food industry. Last year I supplied 500 kilos a month

to an Italian food company. As for home use, my maid/cook uses oregano,

rosemary, sage, anise seed and bay laurel EO routinely in cooking.

Some Turkish desserts are made with Rose Otto .. and Rose Hydrosol.

Keep in mind that a drop of three of EO is sufficient for most food ..

any more than that will overpower the taste.

Hope y'all had a nice Thanksgiving. We don't celebrate it here on the

same day .. but I took a purty gal to dinner last night and made my own

Thanksgiving. :-)

Y'all keep smiling. Butch http://wwwAV-AT.com
