Guest guest
HI, I have had gum problems for years on years and have avoided the surgery with various things. I did have the scaling about 4 years ago. I use myrrh powder and sea salt to brush my teeth. I have used heli in a little jojoba if a place got sore. Anyway, each time I go back the Periodontist has in the past commented it looked ok but we might have to do this or that or put an antibiotic shot in one tooth, etc. etc. etc. I don't do antibiotics so that wasn't an option for me. I went today for my 6 months check up. He said, " Whatever you are doing, keep it up, your gums look very healthy. " I said if your patients would use myrrh it would help heal the gums. Of course, he said I can't tell them that because it has not been scientifically proven with trials, etc. When he left the hygentist asked me exactly what I did. Maybe she can pass it on and say, I heard that myrrh will help. I do floss and brush several times a day, but I am very excited. I am living proof that myrrh works. Warmly, Bobbye Transform the planet with love, one heart at the time P.S. Butch, you take care. Turkey is not the safest place to be these days. I think of you often and wish you great protection. Guest guest
Thanks...One last question please...How bad does it taste? lol Carol - bwstegen Tuesday, November 25, 2003 10:09 PM Re: Canker Sores: Myrrh Oil, Powder, Tincture Hi Carol, I buy the ground myrrh powder at the health food store and fine sea salt....believe it is the Celtic sea salt....just mix half and half in a plastic baggie and pour some on my tooth brush. Helicrysium should help you also. You can the 10% dilution and use that. Good luck to you. Guest guest
That's hard for me to say. I can tolerate anything to heal myself without normal medical traditions. I don't find it objectionable at all. As for sore throats .. depends on whether its a strain or a symptom of a viral or bacterial problem. If its strain then warm salty water is great .. if its viral then we can use a number of EO and keep our fingers crossed real tight .. if its bacterial, lots of EO will be effective but I will go with Oregano first and odds are I'll need nothing else later. > Michael Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
Guest guest
Hi, this is very interesting to me, do you grind the sea salt up, into a powder and mix it with the Myrrh powder... My gums are awful, they bleed a lot, drive me nuts..lol Thanks Carol Good Morning, I put a couple drops of myrrh oil on toothbrush with toothpaste. Then a drop or 2 of clove oil with toothpase. My dentish is always interested in what I try. Have also put neem powder and emu oil on toothbrush. Always rebrush with just toothpaste.
