Steralizing plastic

Since I use plastic bottles and jars for most of the products I make,

I have come to realize (the hard way LOL) tha neither the dishwasher

or boiling water is an option for steralizing them. The double walled

jars came undone, that is the inner jar just came loose in the

boiling water and when put in the dishwasher, there was water left in

the wall between. The bottles - oups the bottles, they came out of

the dishwasher in some very strange shapes ;-)

Now I just use one sort of alcohol or the other. The jars I wipe with

gel alcohol from teh pharmacy and I swosh some liquid alcohol in the

bottles.

 

Anyone else have any insights on what you use to steralize plastic

containers??
