Makes it really easy to get the containers I need fast. Linda - I've been telling people for years about Industrial Container in Utah. That they don't have a minimum, great prices etc. Wellll, it seems they have changed their policies. They no longer ship bottles individually, it must be in a case, such as 700 each time]. They no longer have no minimums and if a company doesn't make large enough orders, such as myself, [although 1500 jars seems pretty large to me], it's called a 'house order', and there is no salesman assigned. If there is no salesman assigned, then you get the run-around. So I am taking back my recommendation of this place. Apparently they have had a shift in managers, and although one of the owners says one thing, it's not upheld. So, for us, our solution is to attend the packaging expo next year. Fore-warned is fore-armed. No one told me about the change in policies until after I placed an order and waited 2.5 months to get it, even though I had placed several phone calls. Oh well, live and learn. I hope you learn from what has happened to me so it doesn't happen to you. I don't want to spend my time cleaning what should have been clean. And I usually don't get just a few jars or bottles. They had some neat looking bottles though.
