Guest guest
<<I've had a couple of clients now ask for herbs to help with sugar cravings>> Gabrielle, My experience has been that sugar cravings are often actually protein cravings, and can be addressed by increasing protein intake. I often advise my premenstrual patients to eat some form of good protein when they experience those sugar cravings. Very effective in most cases to break the pattern/habit of reaching for the sweets. There is, of course, the issue of self-destructive behavior, which often seems to be linked with obesity. This is a different subject, much more complicated.
