Guest guest
I am giving away a free treatment in a raffle at my son's school. I need some sort of gift certificate for that raffle. Does anyone know of a place online to personalize and print off? It doesn't need to be fancy and I just need one so I don't really want to buy a bunch. Thank You Julie

I just hack something together in OpenOffice (Linux). This is the text: Pete Theisen, A.P., D.O.M. “healthcare as it used to be” 4370 South Tamiami Trail 309; Sarasota FL 34231 (941) 926-0650 petetheisen This statement has not been evaluated by any government agency; this clinic treats symptoms and does not claim to cure disease. Car Cruise Door Prize: First Two Visits at No Charge Please make your appointment within the next thirty days, to let me know if people like this kind of door prize. If you don’t need this yourself, please pass it on to someone who will use it. Thanks. The first visit to my clinic is always at no charge. The second visit is a long examination and history. I usually charge quite a bit for the second visit because it is so lengthy, 40% of the insurance companies pay for it. My patient pays only the co-pay, whether the insurance pays or not. Whatever your co-pay is, that is what you pay. For cash (no insurance) patients, I have the best deal in town. I take credit cards, Medicare and Medicaid patients as well. You need Alternative Medicine if you have some symptom bothering you that you can’t get your regular doctor to fix. Perhaps the doctor doesn’t even seem to hear you when you speak of it, or maybe says that nothing can be done, or even blames your lifestyle for it. Quite a bit of medical practice, alternative or conventional, is art and history rather than science. Traditional adapts its art and history to each individual patient at the present time. The same patient with the “same” condition may receive a different treatment at a different time. Acupuncture has been in use since before the dawn of history, and some of the earliest writings about acupuncture are scratched into some fossilized bones! Early books about acupuncture sometimes refer to still earlier doctors who were practicing centuries before human beings knew how to write and whose history existed only in oral tradition. I pay close attention to history here, both the history of medicine and the medical history of each patient. I start each patient with a thorough health history questionnaire that will include every health condition you tell me about as well as the circumstances that brought you to me. I usually ask many questions about your present condition as well. Your answers to the questions tell me which health alternatives will be most likely to help you. Most, if not all, health concerns can be addressed by acupuncture, at least to some extent. In addition to acupuncture, I also offer other forms of treatment as well. If acupuncture doesn’t do everything you want, you may want to try herbal pills, moxa (heat) treatments and tui na, a type of massage. I also offer diet therapy, including my Permanent Weight Loss Program. End of text. Of course, it is formatted pretty. Regards, Pete
