Does anyone have any experience with patients on

clomid? Could one feel secure giving herbs for

balancing the menses while the patient continued the

use of clomid,or should they be asked to consider

stopping the clomid and taking herbs only. Thanks,

Clomid is very Yang. If my patients tolerate clomid well you can treat

as their pattern presents. If they don't tolerate it well, they

generally need Kidney Yin tonics to compensate for the excess Yang the

Clomid introduces to their system. Using other formulas to balance the

menses, tonify Kidney, Spleen or Liver have not been a problem with my

patients on Clomid. Just keep in mind they are on a very strong Yang

tonic.
