Guest guest
Hi, I am sorry yet, many are using email communication ,which is mainly for a larger group, as if they are doing one to one messaging. Using meaningful subject header does help the members of the list to follow up on the topic, or just search through the subject. Putting the name of the person you are replying is not a good option and even worse adding numbers to it makes it horrible. When sending a new topic, rather than hitting the reply and just deleting the subject and the context for clearing the space for the new subject and its contents which is not also correct as it breaks the threading of the messages, consider just composing a completely new message. So would you please in the future please refer to this gentle guide before replying or composing your message as it should make life easier for some of us. http://learn.to/edit_messages Thank you for your understanding and cooperation Togan Muftuoglu -- Togan Muftuoglu All under Heaven follow the course of time.
