Guest guest
Hi Everybody! Some time ago we discussed 5 E odors. This is the same patient we discussed earlier (Thread: Woman, 36: Migraine, depression, 5' 4 " , 286 lb.), she had no odor when she first presented, but now she has what I have heard called the " fat person crotch, crack and crease odor " which I cannot compare to anything else. Is this one of the 5 E odors, if so, which one? At 5' 4 " she is up to 287 from 282 (lost a little at first). That is after cutting her diet by 500 calories a day. I already have her writing a food journal, next time she is bringing in the nutrition labels off of everything she eats. I suspect she may have a metabolic problem, assuming she is keeping an accurate journal. She has tested high for testosterone, but doesn't remember the exact figure, and she has a lot of dark body and face hair which is very visible against her fair skin. I think that if she got down to where her back stopped hurting, her other symptoms would be helped as well. I am trying to get her on a food/exercise habit that will take off 1 lb per week. In 140 weeks she would be sort of normal. Regards, Pete
Guest guest
Pete, I would describe these odors as sour and fecal. --- petetheisen <petetheisen wrote: > Hi Everybody! > > Some time ago we discussed 5 E odors.
