You hit the nail squarely on the head! That is exactly how the whole mess

began - add to that the sale of bogus doctorates in California that a US

Senator actually received after writing a book review..mix it all together and

that

is what made it impossible for a legitimate doctorate to be offered right

from the beginning.. and how we ended up with entry level masters.

Glad we eventually agreed on something.

 

This is THE single most important ROOT cause of all the AP/OM problems in

the US.

 

NOW......is there a way to correct it?
