Guest guest
Sorry, I know we're off this subject now but I've been down with a broken leg and only now am catching up with group email. I found this website last year when a similar problem was happening on another list. I feel the website contains information which is important enough to warrant mention here concerning professional dialogue and how to conduct one. Here's the website: www.thedialoguegrouponline.com Perhaps we could adopt these guidelines for discussion. Cheers, Shanna

I found this > website last year when a similar problem Hi Shanna! Broken leg! Didn't think the flame messages were *that* strong. Actually, we have a set of " Netiquette " guidelines that are posted every month. I guess the problem was that one member wouldn't rein it in when asked and had to be pulled. The problem wasn't so much with the messages as with their " in everyone's face " tone. A number of the points raised were valid concerns.
