I don't really understand the difference. Can you explain more? Gabrielle
Guest guest
Gabrielle, I'd be happy to, but I want to do this topic justice and not rush off an e-mail off the top of my head, so can I think about this for a few days and try to put something together? I am a bit swamped right now. If I don't get back to it, remind me next week, please. Guest guest
Alon, I would really like to how these tel conversations go - if you don't mind. In the case quoted how would you explain the herbs' actions to the MD (who probably knows nothing about CM herbs). Do you make reference to pharmacological research into certain individual materia medica (which is probably pretty thin on the ground) - or do you resort to " From the TCM perspective this formula will move blood etc " ? I find it difficult to see how either approach could work. I have never rung MDs in this way myself. Thanks.
