Guest guest
Actually, to the best of my knowledge, enemas are used in TCM, along with douches, etc. I agree with your point about CNT. It really gives us a bad name to see poor needle hygiene in a L.Ac. office. BTW, the worst I ever saw was in a Chinatown office, by a venerated Hong Kong practitioner who taught some classes at my school. But he came from a culture with a different standard of practice, and I think some students assume that since " Dr. X " does it, it must be OK. Even the Chinese can be wrong (gasp!). That said, tone down the sarcasm, please. Using emoticons does not excuse an unprofessional tone. Said from experience. -ben hawes, L.Ac. I agree with what you are talking about. What *I* am talking about is taking individual words, cutting them out, and stringing them together in a manner which places each individual word entirely out of context. I'm confident that you aren't referring to that, are you? Please ask your lovely bride what she would think of an individual who did this on the listserv, until he quit rather abruptly. Then ask her what she would say if she found out that this same individual claims to edit medical journals :-) I'm extremely interested in an M.D.'s opinion. Thanks for a good laugh!
