Guest guest
Have you looked at Jeremy Ross' book Acupuncture Point Combinations? - OmoObatala Chinese Medicine Wednesday, January 11, 2006 11:21 AM any book recommendations? Hello everyone, I am currently looking for a not-to-thick practitioner level book which gives point suggestions for western diseases (for example back pain, headaches, common flue) and also lists Acupuncture point combinations. Any suggestions? Download the all new TCM Forum Toolbar, click, http://toolbar.thebizplace.com/LandingPage.aspx/CT145145 and adjust accordingly. Guest guest
Alafia Omo Obatala Oyabale Se Dada Ni? Se Alafia Ni? Touchy subject as there really ought not to be any such book available, if I understand your question. TCM differentiation and diagnosis, whether eight principle or five element should always be the approach, whether it is pain or the flu. Differentiation and diagnosis is what determines the point prescription. Headache, for example, could be of many causes with imbalances in more than one channel. Flu could be wind heat, wind cold, etc. Are you a student? We are working our way through " Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibation " at the moment. This book as well as the " Manual of Acupuncture " always mention " western diseases " for all the points listed... I'm d to the daily digest version of the group. It would be nice to hear from you off-list! Mario Chinese Medicine , Twyla Hoodah <twylahoodah> wrote: > > Alafia Omo Obatala Oyabale > > Se Dada Ni?
