Guest guest
One of my patients just delivered a boy and he has a hematoma on the side of his scalp. I have not examined him yet. Does anyone have any experience with topicals on an almost 3 week old? Thanks, Stace
Guest guest
Just a suggestion, I would give the child Arnica 6x or 6c once a day ;until the hematoma improves or even disappears. It is likely due to a bruise during the birthing. There are also many homeopathic injury topicals at the health food stores, but they now include all sorts of 'additional' ingedients and one should take care with a new born. My daughter is 14, has been treated with homeopathy since birth, as an infant she was born with a fungal facial infection that made her look like a racoon, but homeopathics over 3 months cleared it up. She has only had one dose of antibiotic, we got scared once when she was about a year+ old. My experience and my education assured me then and now that homeopathics are perfectly safe for any age.
