Guest guest
Depends where. In Florida - although within the scope of acupuncturists there must be acceptable training in accordance with FDA regs (whatever that might be); there must be a " Research Board " , there can be NO charge because it is considered by the FDA as experimental and therefore ONLY for research. Richard It is my understanding that because LLLT is sanctioned by the FDA as an no-risk (with the exception of eye exposure) procedure, it then definitely falls within our scope. In fact i know many practitioners who is it, not once have i heard anything that would require anyone to set up a " Research Board, " nor to not charge. Where did you get this information? Tymothy Injections are not allowed in California, Laser in not in the scope either, unless one sets up a " Reseach Board " and no charge for the service is allowed.
