The pass rates are not the ultimate test of the quality of the school.

All California schools are going to be fairly high quality. In Los

Angeles there is Emperors, Yosan and Samra as well as a few others more

oriented (pun not intended) to Asian students. I teach at YOSAN and

Emperors so I can recommend them highly.

I'm not sure why you are looking at S. Baylo. If you are moving to the

area, with no ties to the Orange County area I think you should look a

little North to these other schools or South to PCOM in San Diego.
