Trish,

Large school, definitely one of the largest. They have three language

options as well. Although they have been around awhile, their pass rates on

the CA license exam are not very good. You can find this info on the CA

acupuncture board website under examinations and then statistics. They

certainly send a lot of graduates to take this exam.

This school is now implementing the first entry level doctorate (under

NOMAA). I am not sure where the student aid will come from as the NOMAA has

not been given the OK by the dept of education. Student loans are attached

to this requirement. If you are enrolling into the MS program you should be

OK as it is ACAOM accreditted and is recognized by the dept of education.

I would like to know why you chose this program. Feel free to email my

offlist and we can discuss this. I, too, went thru a CA program (PCOM-San

Diego). Choosing a CA program is a good move.

Sincerely,

Mike W. Bowser, L Ac
