Hi everybody, I have this case any suggestion will be thankful.

Woman 29 years old

1 children 5 years old

Veterinary

She feels very tired, specially after lunch (she needs to sleep 1 hour o

more)

Shes is not sleeping well (6 hour with shorts awakens)

Pain on low lumbar area

Lips dry

Palpitations at night

A little numbness of arms and legs

Eats normally

Stools normal

The period is normal

Drinks 3-5 lts. of water at day (important: we are in summer)

Practice Kung Fu 1,5 hours 3 times per week

Tongue pale with tooth marks

Pulse a little fast, feels good at 3 levels and deeps.

(No diabetes)

My first diagnostic: spleen Qi deficiency -> heart blood deficiency

1º Treatment: pishu, xinshu, ciliaos, sanyinjao, yinlinquan

2 days after the patient feels better, more energy, less lumbar pain, but

she start to practice kung fu again and feels so tired that she had to stop.

2º Treatment: pishu, xinshu, ciliaos ginger with moxa

3 days after he patient feels better, no pain, more energy

3º Treatment: taixi(+), sanyinjao(+), diji(+), yinlinquan(+), guanyuan,

zhangmen, shenmen(ear), heart(ear)

2 days after, no pain, but the patient feels very tired again.

Any suggestions? Could be a kidney-heart problem (water over controlling

fire?)

is she a HT not nourishing SP person?

if SP this can be a Ko cycle restrain

if HT this can be a Fire Water shunt

again a clear SP sign, SP opens to lips

this shows a generic yin deficiency which presents at night

sunrise to sunset - yang in yin - enough yang

sunset to sunrise - yin in yang - yin lack

one more SP corroboration

this throws out a SP weakness

this throws out a Colon weakness by yang ming bond

no hassle to that

generic qi lack

SP ST again but good appetite rules that out

generic yin deficiency

*pattern thus far - generic yin deficiency*

good appetite - cannot be SP deficiency

menstruates regular - can't be Heart Blood deficiency

this is because this is not a SP or Heart or Blood deficient patient

no, she menstruates timely

K rules menstrual periodicity

please look at tongue and report on:

a. are there fissures? exactly where

b. general shape - conical anterior 1/3?

c. deep trough in rear i/3?

this simple test will decide many ambiguities

up to now the *pattern* is a simple yin qi deficiency
