Rebound HA is certainly a factor, but I don't feel comfortable telling

her to stop seeing the MD, as long as she has no relief from daily

headaches. She has monthly maximums on several meds

Initially:

Ortho-tri-cyclen Lo Tab 28

Allegra D (now only once in a while, as we discussed simpathomimetic

stimulus and she doesn't need Allegra D)

Flouxetine (Prozac) 20 mg

Migranol Nasal Spray

Indomethacin (HA as SE-therefore, d/cd now)

Rhonocort nasal spray (no allergies, but she took anyway)

Zonegran 25 mg

Maxalt 10 mg tablets

Ergomar Sublingual 2 mg

Hydrocodone/APAP 5mg/325 mg

She tries not to take hydrocodone every day.
