I definitely consider Blood stagnation part of the problem, and

initially I treated with Si Wu Tang and amendments.(Hong Hua, Tao Ren,

Bai Ji Li, Shi Jue Ming, Tian Ma, Gou Teng, Wu Zhu Yu, Sang Ji Sheng,

Huai Ni Xi) (This was before I tried to help with the frequent urination).

The phlegm is also there, so I switched to Gou Teng San with amendements.
