Can anyone help this man find a practitioenr in Iran?

Dear Mam/Sir

 

I am a man of 41 , pilot , single from Iran .

 

It is more than 10 years that I am suffering from (( Feeling cold

which causes shaking chills and Sweating)) or (( Cold_Induced Shivering and

Sweating )) .

 

1-When I am in cold weather conditions or in the current of cold

air-condition, I feel cold and then I feel tingling (especially back and

sides of trunk) , a feeling

like worms are moving on skin and suddenly whole my body and head become hot

and feverish and then start sweating and this continues with shivering and

sweating. This sweating will last for more than a few days and sometimes for

2-3 weeks depending on how long I remain in cold area and I would not be

able to

go out of home and should stay at home ( far of any air current).

 

That situation can even happen to me , when I am not in cold condition,

but I touch cold or icy things by my hands or any part of body or if I walk

on cold surface with bared feet or if I drink cold drinks.

 

When that happen to me, my skin would be so sensitive to touch . Any

movement of my body like raising my hand or touching my skin causes whole

body to shiver and sweat. And any little activities like brushing

teeth,changing dress,eating or drinking, cause too much sweating . Even

watching TV and any emotional stress cause shivering and sweating . In this

condition , some times , the odor of sweating is not a normal odor .

 

2-When I want to sleep , if I lie down on my right side , my left side

of body and left side of my head start sweating and right side remains

dry.When I change and lie down on my left , then right side of body and head

start sweating and left side starts drying . If I lie on the back (face up)

just my feet are cold and wet.

When I wake up and prepare to go out , again whole my body become wet.

 

3- I have RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome) and Restless Arm too and I always

feel needling and tingling in my sweated feet ( below knee).

 

4-I should add that this medical problem has started 10 years ago ,

when I had cought a bad cold and nasal sinuses had become infected and it

has

become so intensive three years ago , when I had caught a bad cold again.

 

5-Even ,when I am ok and do not feel cold , by little activity , I feel

feverish and sweat more than before but there is no fever (37.5 degrees of

centigrad).

 

I have done so many tests like: PPD & PT skin tests Chest & Teeth

X-rays, coronal and axial CT scan of sinuses , A complete CT of Abdomen and

Pelvis , Brain MRI and Orbit MRI. Most all normal or close to normal
