Varicose veins - SP or something effecting the SP. I would want to see other CSOE (color, sound, odor, and emotion) characteristics to bring the picture together. Posssibilities that come to mind: Heart (Mother) - Circulation - Is the blood not circulating properly, therefore held up in the vein. Liver (Ko Cycle) - My guess is you are looking at constraint in the vessel. and of course the Spleen itself - just not strong enough to do it's job of holding. Metal and Water can come into it also - but would want to see the signs in CSOE.
