Guest guest
Hello Dear members; First of all,I give so many thanks to dear Attilio for accepting my request to join this group.I believe that these kinds of relationships among TCM practitioners & scientists will provide a good support for scientific promotion of TCM as the major part of Alternative, supplementary Medicine. I -as a western medicine physician with an experience of about 10 years in practicing-despite appreciating it,reached to the point that felt the inability of Allopathic medicine in treating too many diseases as well as its negligence to the integrity of the human body and the principle of " wholism " because of paying too much attention to the infrastructural aspects and, too, ignoring the relationship between human being and its surrounding environment and,of course, the nature. So,I feel necessary to combine these two important school of medicine-modern and traditional- and their therapeutic methods in my policy of treating the patients to retain the normal, physiological condition of the body and to maintain its steady-state.That's why I am studying TCM as a specialty in a PhD course in BUCM (Beijing University of ).I hope that joining this group and mutual relationship of its respectable members is a good chance for me in order to approaching my goal. Best regards, Dr.Afshin AMINI
