Guest guest Posted November 8, 2005 Report Share Posted November 8, 2005 I've noticed some mention of malpractice insurance when I look at Registrars in Ireland (registrars being similar, I think, to a professional association). Mapractice insurance is uncommon in Texas (Pete, I expect you'll weigh in here about people taking shortcuts). I would have thought it would be even less common in UK or Ireland, as my impression is that lawsuits in the US are much more common. What is general practice in the UK/Ireland?
