UK Legal situation/Malpractice

I've noticed some mention of malpractice insurance when I look at

Registrars in Ireland (registrars being similar, I think, to a

professional association).

Mapractice insurance is uncommon in Texas (Pete, I expect you'll weigh

in here about people taking shortcuts). I would have thought it would

be even less common in UK or Ireland, as my impression is that

lawsuits in the US are much more common. What is general practice in

the UK/Ireland?

Many thanks,

Gabrielle

Hi Gabrielle!

Can't disappoint you, then. Do you have it?

Regards,

Pete
