Guest guest
If the BBT chart is impossible then you can have her to use a saliva ovulation kit. That should give you some of the more relevant information. > > Message: 2 > Wed, 21 Sep 2005 20:11:14 +0100 > " Susie Parkinson " <susie > Shift work and BBT > > I wonder if anyone can help please. Guest guest
Susie, The BBT Chart may be used accurately after 3-4 hours of uninterrupted sleep. David Karchmer
Guest guest
Douglas, could you elaborate on this please? Does the saliva test reflect hormone levels throughout the cycle or just state when ovulation is taking place. I need much more info than just when ovulation occurs. many thanks Susie Parkinson >Message: 2 > Thu, 22 Sep 2005 12:49:06 -0700 > res19zl9 >Shift work and BBT > >If the BBT chart is impossible then you can have her to use a saliva >ovulation kit.
