Guest guest
I wonder if anyone can help please. I am treating a patient for infertility and I usually follow Jane Lyttletons ideas from her excellent book where she suggests using Basal Body temperature (BBT) to indicate where the imbalances are across the cycle. What I want to know is how can/does one use BBT when the person is working shifts? Does anyone know please? Many thanks Susie Parkinson
Guest guest
On a related note for people working shifts, can you use horary points to help them keep on a more even keel? This way you can adjust their internal cycles to match up with the pseudo day they're working to. Quoting Susie Parkinson <susie: > I wonder if anyone can help please.
