Here is a link to our " Practitioner Forms " page. There are

instructions for administering herbal enemas here. These were

written by a woman who is a practitioner and who did the enemas for

quite a while herself. She worked out some of the necessary kinks.

 

 

I've used them quite a bit in my practice as well as douches, sitz

baths, compresses etc.

Hi David,

 

I use douches, enemas, and sitz baths a lot. We have some excellent

instructions for using them on our web site for download. These are

written by an herbalist who also used them herself for several years.
