Guest guest
Could it be possible that you aren't drinking enough water? I know if I don't have enough fluids going in, then the urine smell is bad, and the urine is really yellow, concentrated. As long as I am fully hydrated, my urine is barely yellow...almost clear, with absolutely no odor. Guest guest
Your should produce 1 to 5 quarts of urine a day. You should also empty you bladder everytime you drink something.Certain nutritional suppliments such as vit C will typically turn your urine. bright yellow. Dehydration and toxicity syndromes cause urine to be dark yellow in color with a frothy or oily appearance. Your basic problem is that you may be toxic. Think about colon cleanses and then liver. Good luck Nettie."C. Lucas" <clucas wrote: Could it be possible that you aren't drinking enough water? Guest guest
If You ask me, that is a ideal answer. I know when my urine had a odor to it, it is because of what was entering my body, things that were dehydrating. It wasnt becuse I was drinking to much water and eating to much broccoli. If you do a live juice fast you will be feeding your body total nutrition and that is what is sound like it needs. GinaJoseph Jones <worksmartpeople wrote: What do you think about fasting? Guest guest
I totaly agree with Candy if you're drinking enough water your urine should be straw colored or clear. When people don't drink enough water it creates basically a toxic waste dump in your bloodstream that's why flushing liquids especially water is critical to cleansing your system.
