I'm not too impressed with the herbal thin approach.

 

Again, we have someone else, some new kid on the block who's going to give all of us some super-duper-fix-it-all-one-shot pill that will make each and everyone of us thin and beautiful.

 

It ain'ta gonna happen that way. Herbal solutions are only tools.

 

If you want to lose weight, you need to change your lifestyle, which includes diet, exercise and an herbal regimen.

 

HERBS DO NOT STAND ALONE IN THE LONG RUN, AND NEVER HAVE, AND NEVER WILL!!!!!!!!

 

You need a complete health building program that includes excellent diet, exercise and nutritional / herbal supplements.

 

Yes you can use herbs as bandaids, the same way you'd use pharmaceuticals, and they are not toxic whereas the pharmaceuticals are, but the SDFIAOS pill does not exist, and neither does the fountain of youth.

 

Now that my second audio lecture is complete and with the Producers, my very next project is "WEIGHT LOSS". During the next 3 months, I'll be completing a research cycle I started about 10 years ago. This is my "FAT BLASTER PROGRAM" and I hope to have the full program worked out by the Ides of March. ;-)

Herbal Remedies - Question about Brazilian Diet Pills

First of all, no I'm not thinking of using them. I'm 6'3'' 190lbs. Ifanything I could stand to gain a few pounds ;)Anyway, I read an article in about the FDA warning about thisstuff. The website, http://www.herbathin.com/ claims that it's an allnatural ingredient(Passiflora - Passion Flower - Maracuja.). Whichside is telling the truth? I know the FDA is shady to say the least,and could possibly trying to scare the public from using a naturalplant to help with obesity because they can't make money off ofit....then again, herbathin could also be selling crap...Anyone have any info on Passiflora/Passion Flower/Maracuja ?Thanks in advance.
