Siberian Eleuthero Root

Hey all,

 

I am new to this group but have been using herbs (both pill form and infusions)

for years...

 

I have an 8 month old who sleeps very little and nurses every 2 hours or so

around the

clock...essentially went to the midwife this week and had some blood work done

that have

come back negative (thyroid and anemia) she suggested taking Siberian Eleuthero

Root to

help with my sheer exhaustion.

 

i was wondering if anyone has experience with this herb and any other herbs I

should be

looking into

 

Currently I am taking nettle, red clover, oat straw and linden

You poor dear, my niece had a baby that would only sleep for three hours and she was in the same way you are right now. She took her baby to wholistc doctor and the doctor put the baby on orichid drops, these are similar to Bach flowers. Her son started to get 6 hours of sleep. This made everyone in the house very happy. Add chamomile tea to what you are taking.
