Guest guest
Hi, I am a new member and I need help. I have a chronic muscle problem. The muscles on my neck and my shoulders are to painful. I can not relax and get rid of the spasms. I was having these miserable pains 2 or 3 times a week nearly for 5 years. Then I try botox. It is now better but I want a natural way at least I want to try because my doctor told me that I can not use botox during pregnancy. This means my nightmares will return. I have to add that my chronic muscle problems did not stat because of an accident. I really do not know its reason. Please I am waiting your advices. Guest guest
Ozi... Hi and welcome! I had bad spasms and pain in the upper back and neck also for a very long time.. at times the spasms were so bad I could not draw breath. I cleaned up my diet in a big way and started the apple cider vinegar with cayenne mixed in, also added megadoses of vitamin c... and about 2 months ago I made the BF & C formula and have been pain free! I was seeing alot of relief with the Vitamin C 4-8 grams per day spread out thruout the day, but since taking the BFC... no pain at all. The recipe can be found in the files section. blessings to you.. spot herbal remedies , " pinkdream11 " <pinkdream11> wrote: > > Hi, > > I am a new member and I need help. Guest guest
hello ozi, could maybe potassium help. Try a banana everyday, maybe before bed. vit B6 maybe try, both of these helped my leg spasms and carpal tunnel snydrome. Smelling lavander sometimes can relax blood vessels- open them up. It a place to start. Dragon balm could give you more of instant relief. Good luck. Nettiepinkdream11 <pinkdream11 wrote: Hi,I am a new member and I need help. I have a chronic muscle problem. Guest guest
Hi Ozi: I am going to say ditto to what Nettie mentioned plus drinking more distilled water and getting an electric massager and massage your own neck or going to have a massage. Also pat a few drops of lavander oil on your neck. Be well, MeganNettie Horner <kittifish wrote: hello ozi, could maybe potassium help.
