Guest guest
Hello All, I've been reading everything since I joined this group a while back, and thank everyone for sharing their knowledge. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with myelodysplasia? My husband has been dealing with it for the past few years. His history includes loss of a kidney to cancer in 1992 and bladder cancer (treated with BCG) in 1997. He's been on Essaic tea, Beta Glucans, etc., at home and Procrit shots at the V.A., for years now, but his blood readings continue to decline. Yesterday he was just 10.1. He's so very tired and sleeps more and more. Does anyone know of anything that could help him? Thanks, Jan

Guest guest
Thanks. I do have a juicer, which I haven't used for a while, and will get going on fresh juices. Since we are both diabetic, I know I must lean toward veggies, rather than too many fruits. Any good suggestions for tasty blends? This will also be good for me, as there is something wrong with my innards and I haven't been able to take anything except (some) liquids and (some) soft foods since a few day before Christmas, without severe pain. I get the results of a CAT scan tomorrow. I do appreciate any suggestions. Guest guest
What really helped me tremendously, to get use to the greens is just plain cucumbers, know I seem to tollerate all greens in juice form.
