Guest guest
I am sending this to all of my direct family members for some help! I am trying to figure out what is still going on with me since I had my gallbladder out and had the severe bowel infection back in April and May. The doctors keep telling me that it is acid reflux and/or anxiety but medications for that do not help. Here is my list of symptoms that are driving me crazy and I thought maybe you may have had some of these and could help me locate a solution. I do feel somewhat better than before I had the tooth out but it is a struggle to keep up with the symptoms and keep working and LIVING. It is like I fight to survive the working world all day and then I am exhausted at night. I go to bed at 9 and take 1- 0.25 alprazolam and get to sleep but I am startled awake every morning at 3 am. Sometimes I wake up gasping for air, coughing and extremely anxious. I am doing deep breathing and trying some yoga to calm the anxiety that I feel is being brought on by the uncertainty of what is going on. I never know for sure what to do for this and when it will end. I have to be so careful what I take as I can not tolerate many medications. I take mornngs: afrin spray for the sinus 1/2 teaspoon of Robitussin (Guaifenesin) night: 1/2 teaspoon Robitussin (Guaifenesin) 1-0.25 alprazolam 1/2= 81mg aspirin tablet These are like some type of attack as they do not happen all the time brain fog (very difficult to get my brain working) sinuses are plugged/drainage in back of throat ears plugged/painful/ringing (worse at times) sinus headache all of my teeth just ache like they are too big to fit into my mouth lungs get tight/difficult to breathe/lungs burn all my muscles seem to tighten/muscles ache/jaws ache fear/can't drive at these times/mostly in the dark morning hours feel like I am flying/off balance vision gets blurry/dims/it is like I see things but it does not register the right way/right time chills/excessive sweating alternating weak/shaking lower legs ache and feel like I pulled all the muscles in them
