The doctors keep telling me that it is acid reflux and/or anxiety but medications for that do not help. Here is my list of symptoms that are driving me crazy and I thought maybe you may have had some of these and could help me locate a solution. I do feel somewhat better than before I had the tooth out but it is a struggle to keep up with the symptoms and keep working and LIVING. It is like I fight to survive the working world all day and then I am exhausted at night. I go to bed at 9 and take 1- 0.25 alprazolam and get to sleep but I am startled awake every morning at 3 am. Sometimes I wake up gasping for air, coughing and extremely anxious. I am doing deep breathing and trying some yoga to calm the anxiety that I feel is being brought on by the uncertainty of what is going on. I never know for sure what to do for this and when it will end. Guest guest
Wow Tim... sounds like she is in a very bad place indeed. sounds like severe toxemia and as if her hormones are just going ballistic. Her liver seems to be screaming too. Bowel infection? not sure what you mean... is that still being medicated? I would start with Apple cider vinegar (organic) follow the panther piss recipe in files. I would add small amount of cayenne to this. Sounds like she needs some good adrenal support to regulate the hormones.. small amounts of licorice root tea several times thruout the day can help as well as kelp... good adrenal food. liver support of milk thistle is good also. I would stop all of the otc drugs right away... these can contribute to the anxiety problem. If i were in your shoes Tim I would have her on a juice fast for a couple of days to start... let her body heal itself. All the fresh veg juice she wants with cayenne added to get it moving thruout... dont forget the acv! Also I would add 1-3 grams of Vitamin C in her juices. The body can tolerate far more Vitamin C when the body is sick, as far as bowel tolerance... than a healthy body can. I would also mix up a batch of total tonic and start pouring that in her... whatever you have in the house right now, if it is just the garlic and cayenne and an onion... blend it up in the vinegar and spoon feed if you have to. sinus problems are now fixed (especially if you can get her to chew the mash) so now you can throw all that robitussin in the trash (makes the sinuses worse in the long run.. bad stuff). I know this is long... Im kinda thinking on the fly to get you some help right now. Let me know how she is doing. A fast (juice) will help tremendously in avery short amount of time. If she can have bed rest for the fast that would be an added bonus. Let me know how it is going. Guest guest
Tim, For your wife, Some of these symptoms, to me, sound exactly like panic and anxiety. I dealt with it myself and contribute that to horme problems, and a toxic body. I also think I read some sinus infection symptoms as well as the gastro. If it were me - I'd ABSOLUTELY do a cleanse (look in the files - it's so worth it) I'd also take the Panther Piss recipe (easy and inexpensive to make) Also - if you use table salt - change to grey sea salt I'd also eat happy foods, and take calcium and wild yam And difinately, boost up on some good bacteria like acidophalus and others that you can find in yogurt with live cultures. (there is also bacteria avail in the refrig. section at the health food store). You know it's so difficult to really know what's going on, and I don't want to be an armchair physician. But I know that the suggestions I gave won't hurt. I would certainly start with some really good nutrition. You know, be really strict, fast with fruit and fruit juice for about three days if you can. Bowel cleanse, then pay very great attention to what is eaten (quality is everything). I think after the yuckies are out and some good starts coming in, the anxiety symptoms will dissapear. Then hopefully, everything will improve. Guest guest
Hi Tim; If I were you I would find a good herbalist, homoeopathic doctor or iridologist. You can also write to Dr, Ian. Hurry up and get well.
