Guest guest
Hi... I have a friend that has wax buildup in her ears from radiation and chemo. She has tried over the counter remedies , but nothing helped. She tried the candles, and it did not do it. Any other suggestions I can help her with? Thanks Diane M

Thanks Diane M Diane, I don't know how natural this remedy is....but I know it works. Hydrogen Peroxide....the kind you'd clean a cut with. Put a few drops in the ear, and it will bubble the wax out. This stuff can be purchased over the counter at the pharmacy in an "Ear Wax Removal" kit. Or she can just use a q-tip dipped in a bit of the Hydrogen peroxide and gently cleanse the ear....but not too deeply with the q-tip. Hope this helps a bit....or I hope someone else might have another more natural remedy for her. Candy

Guest guest
Hi Diane! My family uses H2O2 - Hydrogen Peroxide Lay on your side and drop the ear full. Turn over to drain when it stops bubbling. It may take several repeat times to get it all. Just use towels to absorb the drippings. My eldest daughter uses heated H2O2 in her kids ears.
