I'm looking to see if there is something topical I can put on it. It

isn't cyclical pain, just a nagging pain that won't go away. I don't

have any lumps or any other symptoms - just a dull aching pain that

comes and goes.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi paula, try potassium, eat a banana everyday and maybe B6. If its a spasim of somekind it may help. If its a constricting blood vessel, smelling lavander or drinking grape juice(purple) could help relieve the pain. Good luck.
