Guest guest
I cannot locate fresh " cayenne " peppers....but of course, there's lots of others, including habanero. Do all hot peppers fall into that same genus of capsicum???? Anyone know which ones do and which ones don't??? Also, my husband cannot have vinegar of any kind....is there a substitute for vinegar in the blackstrap molasses mixture, and also in the total tonic mix???? I don't know what else to use for him. Thanks Jeanne
Guest guest
Habanero peppers are in the cayenne family. Any kind of hot, spicy pepper falls into the category of cayenne. So your husband can not have vinegar?? I find that odd.... anyways I guess you could substitute alcohol in the total tonic recipe... as for the body balance mixture (blackstrap molasses and Apple Cider Vinegar), I don't know what you can substitute in that.... I would investigate further why your husband can not have vinegar..... apple cider vinegar, specifically, is very good for the body.... herbal remedies [herbal remedies ]On Behalf Of BJTuesday, January 10, 2006 3:48 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Cayenne peppers & alternative for acvI cannot locate fresh "cayenne" peppers....but of course, there's lots of others, including habanero.
