Apple cider vinegar bad for tooth enamel

hi guys after using pple cider vinegar with water my teeth seemed to be affected by it,I read that it was good for stomach acid but make sure you use a straw and rinse your mouth aterwards, because its really bad for teeth enamel, i usually have very white teeth and they seem a little yellow, and my gums dont look healthy.

yes, i read online that it can take a toll on your teeth, i think they said who ever uses it should rinse with baking soda
