Guest guest
Hi, everyone! I wrote on January 6th, but no one has answered my questions yet...I have answered my 1st question and now know that Epsom salts and disodium phosphate are one and the same. If someone could please reply to my other 2 questions (see below) that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Darlene---------- Forwarded message ----------Darlene Goodman <dgoodman13Jan 6, 2006 5:10 PM Liver Bombherbal remedies Hi, everyone! I've been reading the cleansing instructions for the Total Body Cleanse Program, and I have a question about the Liver Bomb. In the group's Files Section, there is a file called " Liver & Gall Bladder Bomb - up to date liver/gallbladder bomb " ( http://f5.grp.fs.com/v1/cPa-Q0DPR3Mcy3BZeQ5LL0vB2WoxPqJb5Nm95F_eomGClJiQlL9whBcQfNg0hTrtY-xnsidx_qqMnCj09oaxorQYRuev/Doc%20Ian%20Shillington%20ND/Liver%20%26%20Gall%20Bladder%20Bomb), which uses Epsom salts. On Doc's Academy of Natural Healing website, the instructions for the Liver and Gallbladder Bomb suggest using disodium phosphate in the Chiropraction Version ( http://www.academyofnaturalhealing.com/recipes/HowToTake/LiverBomb.htm). At the bottom of the webpage, Doc's note says that " I've noticed that people who are vegetarians and health purists, would probably want to pass on the Disodium Phosphate (I never use it on any of my patients) and any apple juice that wasn't fresh squeezed. Also, anyone who has just done a thorough Bowel Cleanse should definitely pass on the Disodium Phosphate and apple juice as well. I would always recommend my Intestinal Cleanse #1 over the DSP. " So, my questions are: 1. Are Epsom salts the same thing as disodium phosphate? 2. If I'm planning on doing the Total Body Cleanse, which means I'll be doing Intestinal Cleanses #1 and #2 before I start the 5 Day Liver And Gallbladder Cleanse, should I skip the disodium phosphate altogether and use only olive oil with lemon juice? 3. My husband is concerned that a stone could become lodged during the Liver Bomb. Is there any danger in doing the Liver Bomb?? He's worried that he is going to have to rush me to emergency or something! Thank you! Darlene
Guest guest
Hi Darlene, I did Doc's Incurables Program which was one of the best things that I could of possibly have done for myself. I did the Liver Bomb which was part of the program. I followed the program using the Epson Salts for the Bomb so eliminating this part of it I don't think is a good idea but I am not exactly sure...maybe Doc or Rob will chime in here. What I like to tell you that it was the most amazing experience I have had. I released many many stones and lots of chaff and boy did I feel awesome. I lost quite a bit of weight and never regained it back. I intend to do another Bomb in the Spring. The Liver Bomb for me was not unpleasant at all, but you must follow the directions carefully. I hope your experience with it turns out as good as mine did...Good Luck ! Chris.... Darlene Goodman <dgoodman13 wrote: Hi, everyone! Guest guest
Hi Darlene... I have done liver flushes both with and without the epsom salts... and as bad as it tastes i would have to advice sticking with the epsom as it clears and dilates the billary duct to avoid the " sticking " of stones.... and I also passed much more using the epsom salts. As long as your prep is good there should be absolutely no problems. blessings to you.. spot herbal remedies , Darlene Goodman <dgoodman13@g...> wrote: > > Hi, everyone! Guest guest
Many like me don't read all of the posts, if you're patient Doc will get to yours. You probably could have called him for this. I don't read all the posts, so I didn't see yours the first time around. It is my humble opinion.... It appears what Doc said is, he prefers his patients use the colon cleanse formula to the salts, so I wouldn't use salts if you are going to be using his cleanses. The apple juice is for softening up the ducts for the stones, I doubt you would need that either with the cleanses #1 and #2. I have helped many people of all ages, through liver flushes and NEVER have heard of a stone lodging anywhere. This method was used in the emergency rooms years ago for gall bladder attacks. They didn't quit using it because it was dangerous, or didn't work, they stopped using it because it worked too well and they stand a higher yeild and profit for car payments by yanking them out. Hope that helps, fft -- In herbal remedies , Darlene Goodman <dgoodman13@g...> wrote: > > Hi, everyone! OK, I think I've got is straight now...seeing as how I'm doing Intestinal Cleanses #1 and #2 first before the Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse, I'm skipping on drinking the apple juice/apple cider for 5 1/2 days as outlined in Chiropractor Charlie's version and for the " Bomb " I'll omit the Epsom salts and use olive oil with lemon juice. But I'm confused about when I'm doing the " Bomb " on Day 6: Am I only drinking ½ cup of olive oil with ½ cup of lemon juice before bedtime? Just the one time?? What can I expect after drinking this? Nausea? Will I be able to sleep? Will there be any pain? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm just wondering if this is going to be a bad night I have helped many people of all ages, through liver flushes and NEVER have heard of a stone lodging anywhere. They didn't quit using it because it was dangerous, or didn't work, they stopped using it because it worked too well and they stand a higher yeild and profit for car payments by yanking them out. LOL! This is very informative!! Good to know that there isn't any danger in doing the Bomb, which should ease my husband's mind. Thanks so much for your advice! Thanks for sharing your experience! I did want to know whether using Epsom salts was more effective than using simply olive oil with lemon juice...from what I've read so far, people seem to have better results with Epsom salts. I figure that if I'm going to be going through all this, then I want to make sure I see some results, LOL! I know that Dr. Hulda Clark recommends using Epsom salts with olive oil and grapefruit juice, along with ornithine. I have no idea what ornithine is...anyone? She claims that it will help you sleep through the night? Did you find any difference with nausea/pain/insomnia when you used Epsom salts as opposed to when you didn't? Thanks for your advice, Darlene
Guest guest
This will be a good night not a bad one! Some people experience nausea after drinking the bomb, that's why you go straight to bed. There is no pain, you should be able to sleep just fine. To me, this is one of the easiest flushes and it's only one day to boot. According to Doc's directions if you are doing the bomb, then you would just drink the 1/2 and 1/2 before bed, IMMEDIATELY before bed, not before your last few chores. Lying down immediately helps come against the possible nausea. Lie on your right side with knees drawn. If a large number of stones are passed and you will know as they float, repeat the bomb as per his directions. Those little cholesterol balls (gall stones) are all shades of blue and green and can even be brown. Again you can always call Doc if you are still unsure. fft herbal remedies , Darlene Goodman <dgoodman13@g...> wrote: > > > But I'm confused about when I'm doing the " Bomb " on Day 6: Am I only > drinking ½ cup of olive oil with ½ cup of lemon juice before bedtime? Guest guest
Darlene- I have never used ornithine so i cant comment on that. I did have LESS nausea using the epsom salts, and I had no pain or insomnia whatsoever with either flush. I did try to variations though.. my first flush i just chugged the olive oil straight then did the lemon juice following. The second flush I mixed them together... this was the absolute worst for me as far as taste and texture... i didnt think i was going to be able to hold it down. I would definately chug on my next flush... and i do mean CHUG... wide open to the back of the throat! ;~D blessings.. spot > > Thanks for sharing your experience! Thanks, again, for another detailed email! I hope you are right that it won't be a bad night! As it turns out, the weekend that I was planning on doing " The Bomb " now happens to be when my husband needs to go out of town on business. So, I will delay it a week and wait until he gets back. Sometimes our daughter wakes during the night, and it sounds like it's not a good idea to be up and around during the night when you do " The Bomb " . I appreciate all your advice!
