Guest guest
Use buffered vitamin C. The lemon egg here in the files will do the trick for calcium/magnesium and buffered vitamin C which is nothing more than vitamin C with calium added to buffer...awsome little recipe. A high acid diet, even without sugar will cause many things, including anger. There has to be a balance in alkalinity which is hard, but possible. An acidic body is a sick body! There are other types of food that bother or set off behaviors, like orange juice for instance, I have seen this cause some pretty massive personality changes as well as severe disturbing nightmares with 2 year olds and older. Citrus, almonds, tomatoes, apples, nuts (that are sold in the grocery and rancid). Those are some of the foods that contain natural sacrylites (spelling doesn't look right) and or cause reactions that I have personally seen, with ADD and autism. Also barley, rice, and oats are related to wheat. If there is an allergy to one there is most likely, although not always an allergy to all. But, heavy metal detox does cause anger even with people who are not autistic, it did with me and others I know. Then there are foods he is allergic to. You can muscle test or use kenesiology to find some of those. Did you say he was off dairy? That's another bad one for him. fft herbal remedies , Lake260@a... wrote: > > > thanks, I have been giving him 1500mg Vit C and 400 Vit E daily for two > years. Guest guest
Great advice fft. If I may add, I'd recommend members go to the files and read my article on making their own Vitamin C Complex. It don't get no better. ;-) In Health and Love, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - food4tot herbal remedies Friday, January 06, 2006 10:50 PM Herbal Remedies - Re: need help for aggressive/destructive behaviors Use buffered vitamin C.
