Guest guest
Hi guys i wanted to ask a question I havent bnen eating solid foods in about 2 1/2 months but when i try to eat with every bite i drink 1/2 cup of water, because teh food goes down slowly. I am wondering if this can wash away the nutrients form my body, I mean i urinate alot all day when i try eating solids again, can too much water be dangerous? I feel so bloated/nauseaus after eating just a few bites.
Guest guest
HI Vanessamelly, Let us consider what water is and then you may answer the question your self. Water is Hydrogen (2parts) to Oxygen ( 1 part). The more Hydrogen is in a person, the more acidic one becomes!! The more Oxygen is in a person, the more Alkaline one becomes!! This is a simple view of the condition, so if one drinks too much water , then their system may turn too acidic!! One should drink water only as they become thirsty, instead of drinking sodas. Guest guest
water is not technically H2O. it is actually (H20)2. dihydrogen oxide, in pairs. body Ph is pretty much a meaningless concept. different body parts, and even cells, have varying Ph. reference: www.chem1.com drinking Distilled water can indeed cause body acidity. reference: www.drlam.com oxygen is slightly alkaline. reference: www.waterforhealth.com thirst lags behing your bodys actual need for water. by the time you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. reference: ftp.ccccd.edu/tairhart/fuelyourbody.htm hydrogen does cause acidity. reference: www.alkazone.com regards, Dennis imoreless <duze24 wrote: HI Vanessamelly, Let us consider what water is and then you may answer the question your self.
