Help for constipation/general flushing out....

Can anyone suggest some herbs or mixtures of herbs to help flush out

the digestive system please?

Intestinal Cleanse #1 and Cleanse #2 should do it, but from what I've

read on this forum over the past year, I'm sure that Doc would

recommend the Total Body Cleanse. You can find the details on his

website, and probably in the files on this forum. I'll be starting it

myself in a few days.
