Guest guest
I've been trying to do the Total Body Cleanse for months and because of travel, etc. I couldn't quite get to it. I'm starting it next weekend, but I have a couple of questions about diet. 1) The diet says that, except for apples, you shouldn't mix vegetables and fruits. I've been looking at the " Living Cuisine " raw cookbook and there are several good salad recipes that includes fruit. One is " Arugula and summer Melon " , another one is " Red Oak Leffuce and Mandarin Oranges and Walnuts, and third is " Endive and Coriander with Grapes and Walnuts " ... So, my question - is it okay to mix lettuce and fruits ... and is it okay to mix fruits and nuts (sprouted)? 2) Regarding the Total Nutrition Powder: Does that provide all the basic nutrients that a person needs for " one day " or " one meal " ? And, if it is taken more than once a day, is that a problem? 3) Regarding the Lemon Egg Recipe: I understand that it takes sufficient magnesium to properly process calcium. I assume that the lemon egg only provides the calcium, so does the Total Nutrition provide enough magnesium? Thanks, Karen
