Guest guest
I assume that you are talking about throat pain from infection (bacterial or viral). If so, then there are two simple things you can do. I just finished reading and making notes for Doc's Total Body Cleanse, so I'd take the Total Tonic Formula which is for all types of infections. I've used these ingredients separately - especially the garlic and the Black Walnut Hull (but not the entire formula yet), so I know it will work. Also, while your making the total tonic formula .. a quick solution, although not nearly as strong as the TT, is organic apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is a natural antibiotic. If you have a small, pump-style spray bottle (I got one at the health food store) - fill it with the vinegar and spray throughout the day. Personally, I find that the mist coats my throat better than gargling and I tend to do it more often. Also, I tolerate the tart taste better too because I'm not swishing it around in my mouth.
